As certified architects we can be on service in a lump sum agreement or according to real time requirement where you pay for the hours that has been worked on your project.  Please be advised that according to Thai regulations for the final engineering and architectural plans we will have certified Thai architects and engineers from the local authorities in charge for approval and sign-off.
